Jose Auriemo Neto’s JHSF stays ahead in Brazil’s Real Estate Market

JHSF Participacoes is the first real estate company in Brazil that focuses on recurrent income assets. They have established and ongoing large real estate projects including major shopping malls, hotels and airports. They have established and ongoing projects not only in Brazil but in Uruguay and the USA.

Jose Auriemo Neto is the current Chairman and Director of JHSF Participacoes. He has held the position from the year 2003.He attended an Engineering program at the Fundacao Armando Alvarez Penteado in Sao Paulo and later did a course in business administration at the FASE. He has been a member of the YPO- a global leadership organization of Chief Executives from the year 1999.

Jose Auriemo Neto joined JHSF in the year 1993. Since 1993 he has conceived and accomplished many major projects of the company. His first major project was the creation of the Parking lot company in 1997 called Parkbem in Sao Paulo. He started the shopping center department of the company in 1998. He then developed and managed the well-known shopping center called Shopping Metro Santa Cruz in Sao Paulo. He became the Chief Executive Officer of JHSF in the year 2006.In the year 2011, he assumed the position and continues to be the Chairman and Director of JHSF Participacoes.

Major real estate projects developed by JHSF include The Cidade Jardim Complex in Sao Paulo Brazil. The complex consists of nine upscale residential towers, a large shopping mall and a corporate center consisting of three commercial towers. The company is the major shareholder of the hotel group called Fasano. International projects of the company include Las Piedras in Punta del Este, Uruguay, a large residential condominium. The company has also built the 815 on Fifth Avenue in New York City.

JHSF continues to expand its enterprises and has invested in developing hotels, restaurants and tourist spots across Brazil. They have also started a major project in Sau Paolo that includes a high end fashion shopping mall called the Catarina Fashion Outlet and the first privately run airport for executive aviation in Brazil called the Sao Paulo Catarina Executive Airport.
